We read every message. Bug reports get priority — please include the file type, browser, and a screenshot if you can. Tool requests are welcome too; the most-asked-for tools tend to be the next ones we build.

Privacy of your messages

Email is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to the site owner. We use it only to respond. We do not add you to any mailing list (there is no mailing list).

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover files from a tool that crashed mid-process — because the files never leave your browser, we have no copy. Always keep a backup of important files before processing them with any tool, ours or anyone else's.
